It’s called a drop-in because you can literally drop-in whenever is suitable for you between 10:00 and 12:00. Come along and join us to share soups, smoothies, tips and ideas to explore practical ways to stay healthy plus gentle exercise, eating well, busting stress, sleeping better, checking ourselves out and finding time for fun and relaxation.
