Directions and Parking
By car from Newcastle either the Felling by pass or Tyne tunnel or travelling from the South A1 or A19 follow signs for South Shields, as you pick up signs for Town Centre look for Shopmobility sign and follow it as we are next door to them.
By rail from Newcastle Station take the metro to South Shields. The train terminates in South Shields. When you get off the train do not go with the flow, walk along the platform past the front of the train and when you come down the ramp you are at WHIST just turn left and it is the first door.
We are opposite the Wouldhave pub.
All parking immediately outside of the building is for disabled people. The car park next to the premises is 70p for 1hr or £2.30 for a day. Parking for free is available on Mile End Rd or in the car parks just off Mile End Road but the places are very limited.
